Designed for healthcare organizations, nonprofits, schools, and community groups, these interactive workshops use evidence-informed creative practices to support reflection, connection, stress reduction, and emotional well-being.
Participants don't need artistic experience—only a willingness to engage in the creative process. Each workshop provides practical tools that encourage self-expression, resilience, and meaningful connection through accessible creative exercises. Portfolio Review Service is a 1:1 zoom session that includes a comprehensive and customized review of the student’s:
existing portfolio
recommendations for altering, creating, adding, subtracting artwork submissions
help with presenting your portfolio to colleges
help with verbal explanations of work for college admissions
help with executive functioning (organization for admission planning)
how to write your artist CV (exhibitions, contests)
