Therapeutic Arts Workshops
Creativity • Connection • Discovery
Interactive, thoughtfully designed creative experiences that invite participants to explore emotions, shift perspectives, and reconnect with themselves and others.
Through guided creative expression, reflection, and curiosity, these workshops provide opportunities to process experiences, build self-awareness, and discover new perspectives.
No artistic experience is necessary. The focus is not on what participants create, but on what they discover through the process.
Two areas of practice
1. Healthcare & Survivorship
Creative expression through illness, recovery, and life transitions
Designed for healthcare organizations, cancer centers, survivorship programs, patient support services, and nonprofit health organizations.
Workshops offer space to explore the emotional experiences surrounding illness, caregiving, loss, and identity, including those that can be difficult to put into words.
Areas of focus: Emotional processing, resilience, identity, uncertainty, grief, self-advocacy, and meaning-making.
2. Community & Organizational Well-Being
Creative experiences that foster connection, curiosity, and self-awareness
Designed for community organizations, educational institutions, workplace wellness initiatives, professional groups, and nonprofit programs.
Workshops encourage participants to explore new perspectives, strengthen connections, and engage in meaningful creative experiences that support personal and collective well-being.
Areas of focus: Connection, creativity, self-awareness, stress management, communication, collaboration, and navigating change.
The Approach
Different audiences. Shared human experiences. Whether working with patients navigating illness or groups seeking greater connection, the underlying approach remains the same. Each workshop integrates creative exploration, guided reflection, and evidence-informed principles to encourage curiosity and personal discovery. Participants are invited to engage at their own pace, without artistic expectations or pressure to share personal experiences.
