What is The Curious Curator?
The Curious Curator isn't about learning to make art—it's about learning to notice. More than a workbook. Less than a rulebook. A creative companion you'll return to whenever you need a fresh perspective. Through simple creative invitations, reflective questions, and hands-on exercises, this companion encourages curiosity over perfection and exploration over performance.
You don't need artistic experience. You only need a willingness to slow down, pay attention, and discover what has been there all along.

Why I Created It
After years of interviewing women for Canvas of Courage, one theme became impossible to ignore: healing often begins when we give ourselves permission to notice.
I created The Curious Curator as a different kind of book—not one to read straight through, but one to return to. A place to slow down, explore, and discover that creativity isn't about talent. It's about attention.
My Courage: 5 Creative Reset Practices
Created as a companion resource to my work as an artist, author, and therapeutic arts practitioner, this free guide offers five simple exercises designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for reflection.
Whether you're navigating stress, uncertainty, a life transition, or simply the demands of everyday life, these practices invite you to pause, notice, and engage with the creative process—no artistic experience required.
