As a former faculty member at NSU University School in Davie, FL, I bring years of experience teaching AP Drawing, AP 2D Art & Design, Advanced Art Honors, and Drawing & Painting courses. I also served as Visual Arts Department Team Leader, guiding students through national contests, exhibitions, and the National Art Honor Society. Prior to teaching, I spent 20+ years in creative marketing in NYC and Miami, before dedicating myself fully to my passion as an artist and educator.

Applying to art school is highly competitive, and creating a strong portfolio is essential. I work with students applying to Fine Art, Architecture, Animation, Interior Design, and Fashion programs. My students have been admitted to top programs at FIT, Vassar, Boston University, USC, Tulane, Michigan, Syracuse, and Boulder, among others.

Because many college counselors do not specialize in art admissions, I’ve developed two tailored programs to support students:

• Head Start Program (Portfolio Preparation)
  For freshmen and sophomores who plan to pursue art school. This program helps students build direction early, ensuring their portfolios develop strategically over time.

• Review Program (Portfolio Review)
  For juniors and seniors preparing portfolios for submission. This program includes a comprehensive review of existing work, targeted feedback based on the requirements of each student’s top-choice schools, and a personalized plan to strengthen their portfolio under tight timelines.

Each program is offered through private, one-on-one consultation designed to guide students with clarity, confidence, and creativity.
